COMMENT:

Drum Motor Seals are rated and protected against dust and can withstand high pressure washdowns. The Drum Motor features special finishes (stainless steel, nickel plating, rubber lagging). Cable option is available in place of the Standard Terminal Box.

• Food Processing

• Special food quality lagging and finish is provided. Food grade oil is available (F.D.A. / U.S.D.A., Dairy Approved)

• High Pressure Washdowns

• The Drum Motor can withstand up to 1500 PSI pressure.

• Frequent Stops & Starts

• For operations requiring more than 45 starts / stops per minute, consult your Van der Graaf Representative.

• High Power Rated Motors for Starting Under Load

• Star / Delta starter is recommended. A Soft Start Electronic Starter is also recommended.

• Variable Speed (AC inverter)

• Special motor windings are available

• Indexing Conveyor

• An Electromagnetic Brake is available.

• Operating in a vertical position or 5 degrees +/- horizontal

• Extra Oil is available along with grease packed top bearing. Consult your Van der Graaf Representative.
